Yes, if the return meets the following requirements:

  • Items must be unopened and undamaged
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Return postage is not covered by Novi
  • All accessory purchases are final sale
  • We do not accept returns on international orders, but our team is happy to assist with any concerns

Calm is recommended for those 18 and older. If you have questions about whether it's appropriate for your child, we recommend speaking with their primary care provider.
